 Nylon 1012 Resin

Classification: PA resin series

Product Properties and Application:

Nylon 1012(PA1012 Resin) has very lower water absorption, good dimension stability, good oil resistance, alkali resistance, non-toxicity, high toughness, excellent adhesion,  high strength, lower forming shrinkage, excellent mouldability. It is mainly used in the base material of compounding and can be used in producing brake hose, fuel pipe, corrugated pipe, quick joint, the casing of ABS sensor in automobile industry and air conditioning flexible pipe etc. It is suitable for the surface coatings of wire cable, optical fiber cable, metal and rope. It can be customized in injection, extrusion, blow molding grade and powder for spraying coating under customers’ requirements. It is a good substitute  for PA11 and PA12.
